“ This was our favorite and most memorable dining experience in Puerto Vallarta. The atmosphere was so unique, and you literally feel like family since you are dining in the owner’s house! It is very intimate and reservations are necessary since there are only a few tables. They have a starfruit tree growing next to the tables and offered us fruit, which was neat. All of the meat was absolutely delicious with such a good smoked flavor. I especially loved the cole slaw, which was fruity and refreshing...I may never enjoy regular cole slaw again after this, haha. Potatoes and corn were also delicious. You need to visit! It can be a little tricky for taxis to find since it is in a residential area, but there is a sign right out front with a pig on it. The owners were also so friendly and sweet to our toddler, who started to run out of steam before the end of dinner and wanted to wander around. They brought him some extra little treats and let him walk around the kitchen. ”

“ This is a Hidden Gem in the middle of Fluvial. It literally is in what looks like someone's home. The ribs were fall off the bone. The mash potatoes were homemade and full of flavor; very good. The coleslaw was with purple cabbage but some of the best I've had since living here. So because it's small and quaint literally about 5 tables max they run out of things like brisket. I wanted brisket but they were waiting on a delivery. The cook was great the staff was accommodating and sat us early for our reservation. We will be back. They also said they are on Uber Eats so that might be better than making a reservation. ”
“ Food: I ordered a brisket sandwich and a pulled pork sandwich which came along with coleslaw salad. They served starfruit as an appetizer. Starfruit was new for me. I never had that before. It was really nice to have! Both sandwiches were amazing. They were juicy, well-flavored and meaty. Coleslaw salad tasted differently. It was sweet and tasted very fresh. It may sound strange but it reminded me of a fresh & fruity jogurt. Staff: No complaints. Absolutely recommend to visit this restaurant! I will come back and try the other dishes! ”
“ Wow the food was amazing here. Very unique experience you have to go and try the ribs and the brisket was delicious. We ordered a sample platter that was perfect for 2 adults and 1 child. Not the easiest place to find but look for the little pig above the door and just know you’ve arrive at one of the best bbq spots in Vallarta. ”
“ I love Anthony Bourdain and parts unknown.... That being said, if he were alive this place would be on the show. Totally off the radar of the main strip of hotels and tourist areas, yet unmistakably next level meats and BBQ. These guys are young artisan visionaries who keep it simple and divine in the culinary sense. The meats are the star of the show and the cocktails are crafted perfectly. I’ll be back if in 6 months if Incan still get a table. ”
“ This is a mandatory stop if you’re in Puerto Vallarta and love steak... we had the Ribeye, New York, Fillet Mignon and Brisket sandwich. Everything comes with mashed potatoes, corn on the cob and asparagus. Everything had amazing flavor, I’ve eaten steak all over the world and this was my best hands down. I don’t even like asparagus but I’d eat this asparagus every day if I could. Very small and intimate setting, pretty sure it’s their house too. Excellent prices. ”
